Gary Seale Bio

Gary grew up in a small community of Fernwood, inside Pike County Mississippi. Graduate of the of North Pike High School Class 2009. Also a productive member of the Summit Volunteer Fire Dept. in Summit, MS. Upon an early graduation from High School he enlisted into the United States Marine Corps where he shipped out to Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina in late January 2009. After 4 years enlistment, he left the United States Marine Corps with two Combat Deployments to Afghanistan serving in various roles as Fire Team Leader and as a K-9 Handler in Third Battalion Eighth Marines. He earned an Honorable Discharge and various medals and commendations to include the Combat Action ribbon and Good Conduct Medal and Navy Unit Commendation. After returning home he made his decision to begin training and apply for the Mississippi Highway Patrol. After being accepted into Cadet Class #61 he completed 21 weeks of training and graduated as his Class Platoon Leader. His first assignment with the Mississippi Highway Patrol was George County, MS where he met his wife Christina and has been married for two years now. During his first year as a Trooper with the Mississippi Highway Patrol he was awarded Statewide Trooper of the Year. He is an active member of both The Mississippi Highway Patrol Honor Guard and LawFit Team. His current assignment is Coordinator for the Basic Law Enforcement Program at MLEOTA, in Pearl, MS. During his off time he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter Brooklyn, going to the park and watching movies.
